Dawei Development Company Limited ( DDC ) , registered on September 16th, 2011 by Italian-thai Development Public Company Limited ( ITD ) in the Republic of the Union of Myanmar serves as an implementing and managing business unit of the Dawei Project. ITD has been initially granted the right from Myanmar Government to develop the land covering the area of 205 square kilometers in Dawei, under the Framework Agreement signed between ITD and Myanma Port Authority.
